Hi Everyone!!!
Don't be shocked, don't have a heart attack... this is the real deal!!!
To all of you challenging me.. I've done it. I've signed in and I'm posting an update!!
You know I just got so busy with all the Subaru stuff at the end of the year, the New Year's stuff here in Japan..
Then getting all my stuff lined up for jobs for this school year (started in April) and trying to get ready to get to the US to help out my family from mid March to mid April.
I don't know how many foreigners do it, going home sometimes every year, some twice a year. I've only been back to the US 3 times and it is really something that drains me. I mean time, money... you name it! I am still playing catch up since I got back home to Japan!
It is June, it was hot, now it is cool.. the worst of the allergy season is over for most.. you will see I say most because for me it will just continue on to December where I may or may not be troubled with the winter mold allergies. It is comforting though that most of my friends are finished suffering.

This weekend was the Rally of Greece! It was a fantastic weekend as Petter and Phil took 3rd place and had their podium celebrations. We haven't seen Petter smile that big in some time. I cried and cried.. (ok you aren't surprised by that, you know me!) Really proud of him and Phil. They would have surely finished higher, 2nd probably if it hadn't been for some mechanical problems yesterday that made them drop valuable time!! But it is ok, 3rd is fantastic! Petter and Phil looked happy! Petter got 3 stage wins this weekend! I couldn't be happier!!!
At one point this weekend Chris was in 1st and Petter in 2nd. Things ended Friday with he and Petter in 2-3. It was almost surreal. Unfortunately Chris had trouble with his tires, punctures that lost him valuable time.
My other boy Jari-Matti also had trouble, in total he lost about 12 minutes this weekend to punctures! In one particular stage he had 3 punctures and lost a total of 9 minutes or so! It was a terrible shame because he was doing fantastic! However, today he did great and he managed to get a stage win to boost his confidence back up!!
The last stage the Super Special at the Athens Coliseum I watched on the Internet. I was screaming at the screen like it would help... my heart was in my throat as Chris battled Petter's brother Henning in a Ford Focus and came out ahead. Then it was Petter battling Mikko Hirvonen in a Ford as well. Petter too beat the Focus! Again my heart was in my throat, I could barely breathe at all!
I started to breathe again when Petter crossed the finish line and was secure in his podium finish. Then I could relax!!!
There is quite a long break now between rallies, time for the boys to rest and recuperate but also do a lot of testing! I hope to see Petter on the podium every rally in the 2nd half of the season!

Well, sorry it has been so long! I promise to try and do better!
Love,
Viki
